There is an increasing pressure to use digital resources in an efficient manner, especially from an SME perspective. Making sure that the business outcomes from digital marketing activities are positive for SME owners can ensure future growth and increase customer satisfaction through more meaningful B2C interactions in this media.

Scientific research in the field of digital marketing can provide guidance to SMEs of changes that can improve these outcomes. On the 15th of march, I will be running a workshop that covers precisely this. We will be looking at actionable strategies that are easy to implement and that are informed by real evidence. We will be drawing on knowledge of social influence and how understanding how these forces operate can provide a better customer experience and positive results for the organisations that know how to implement them correctly.
