I consulted the business development team of this Spanish fashion brand on how to launch the brand in other European and North American markets using digital tools. The strategy included a combination of paid campaigns, blogger outreach and social influence techniques to create positive attitudes towards the brand and incentivise sales. A review of the strategy of current online distribution channels led to the selection of other more relevant channels for the brand.
