John Maxwell is one of the most known speakers and writes in leadership worldwide. He has published a dozen books and trains world leaders around the world. I designed the digital strategy for his first event in Mexico, and also for the year after. The campaign included paid media, blogger outreach and the implementation of activities to increase the social impact of the event among digital users. We also organised a viral leadership challenge that incentivised the co-creation of content by followers of the brand.
